Court rules for an information campaign on health risks from mobile radiation

An Italian court has declared that The ministries of the Environment, Health and Education, must within six months, for each of their own area of competence provide an information campaign, aimed at the entire population on how to use mobile phones in a correct way to reduce radiation and health side-effects from this.

The court of Lazio, Italy has declared that The ministries of the Environment, Health and Education, must within six months, for each of their own area of competence provide an information campaign, aimed at the entire population, on the correct way to use mobile phones and cordless phones and on the risks for health and the environment connected to an improper use of these devices.
This was decided by the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, welcoming the appeal of the Association for the prevention and fight against electrosmog.
