At RadiCover, we are only satisfied when you are completely satisfied. It is important to us that you have a good experience with our customer service and our products. Therefore, always contact us with questions, praise or praise either by email or phone. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we would love to hear from you if you are unhappy. Then we will find a solution together.

14-day full return policy

Should you unexpectedly not be 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a quick remedy. If the problem cannot be remedied, we will give you your money back with a smile.

2 years warranty

We are so confident in the quality that we give a 2-year guarantee if the product breaks during normal use. This means, for example, that the product cracks, goes up in the gluing or anything else that may occur. We reserve the right to try to correct the error as well as to have the product sent to us so that we can become wiser and make the product even better.

We do not cover any damage that may occur to your tablet / mobile / baby alarm when used with our products.

 Return or exchange of goods

If you want to exchange or return your item, finally contact us by email kontakt@radicover.dk or by phone +45 91 54 11 11. Then we save both time, paper and transport costs as well as CO2.

You can also fill out the return form below and send it back with the product - within 14 days of receiving it.

You can either print it out and send it with the item or you can fill it in on the computer and send it to us by e-mail. Then we save on paper.

If you want a new item, we pay to send it to you via the shipping method you chose for the most recent purchase. You pay to send your item back to us and are responsible for it reaching our address.

It is your responsibility that the item incl. the packaging is in the same condition as you received it from us. Therefore, pack the item securely. Attach a copy of your invoice and order confirmation with the shipment.

How to

If you want to complain within our 2-year complaint period, please send us an email with the order number, photo and description of the problem to: kontakt@radicover.dk

If we need to see the product, you will receive a postage label from us by email. Then we pay for the postage.

If your complaint is approved, you can be asked to fill out our return and complaint form and email it to us, which you will find below. And we will send you a new product at no cost.

 Handling time

We strive to process all return and complaint inquiries within 8 days of receiving the returned item and this form from you. During periods of great bustle and holidays, it can take up to 14 days.
