    If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase feel free to contact our customer service for help.
    If the issue cannot be solved you are free to return your purchase in full within two weeks after delivery.

    RadiCover makes it easy to exchange or return desired products, and only require that you send the product back within 14 days after you receive. Simply download and fill out the return form, and send it back attached to the product you wish to return. You must pay the shipping cost (porto) for returning the package to us, and you are responsible for it to reach our mailbox.

    Complaints

    Customer service and satisfying experience with our products means everything to RadiCover.
    If you find yourself against our expectations, if you experience that product you purchased on RadiCover does not live up to your expectations, and wish to complain within the period of 2 years granted warranty, please do the following steps :

    1) Submit a picture and description of the issue and send it to this e-mail: kontakt@radicover.dk
    2) Wait for response to your inquiry, which you will receive on your the e-mail.
    3) Your claim is approved via mail. Download and complete our return and complaint form, which you must send to kontakt@radicover.dk. If possible, send it together with the product for the further research.

    Postage:
    We accept your complaint, and we pay for the postage, if neccessary for the shipping of the returning package. You will be sent a postage code or a return label via mail.

    Next step:
    If we approve your complaint, we will send you a new product at no cost to you. You can also choose to get your money back if the problem occurred within 14 days from when you received the product.

    Expedition time:
    The normal turnaround time is 8 days - might be longer during busy periods, such as Christmas.
